Chef Takeya, a young prodigy who entered the culinary world in high school, has honed his craft in prestigious French and Italian restaurants.
Though only 27, his experience includes training at “Motif” in Marunouchi, Michelin-starred “Est” in Otemachi, and “Pignete.” His passion is simple yet profound: “I just want people to eat something truly delicious,” he says with a smile.

Working closely with the restaurant’s owner, Sean, they’ve refined each menu item through repeated trials. The exceptional quality is what makes Chanfé Tokyo a local favorite.
